For example, if one medical spa is offering a laser for one price, but the medical spa down the street is offering it at a fraction of the cost, ask why!  There usually is a reason.  Some medical spas will discount a service heavily when it is new in their office, but they fail to advertise that this is a new procedure, therefore the staff is not that familiar yet with it.  Often, at times, you will find a medical spa advertising a syringe of filler for a fraction of the price.
